Location near downtown. Updated decor, but a bit of wear and tear on the facility

I never checked into this place. The location was HORRIBLE! There were crackheads walking around, sketchy people in the neighborhood, sirens going off within 5 mins of arriving. We were arriving early and asked about dropping off luggage. Took the host a while to respond once we arrived after getting the okay. We didn’t feel safe staying at the location at all. Rebooked a hotel. Once we got to the hotel and explained the experience the front office lady asked for the location. I showed her the address and she said they call that area “over-(something, I can’t remember) she said we probably would’ve gotten robbed. Scary experience. Still trying to get a full refund.

The home was very nice and spacious and was decorated very modern! Jeniffer was quick to answer all my questions!

We thought the bungalow was a perfect location for our first trip to Miami and it was great for 3 single travelers. The patio garden was relaxing and private, especially at night. We will be back!
