Steve was a fantastic host, super friendly and accommodating, his children were very welcoming and knowledgeable with public transport and local amenities. Can’t recommend Steve and his family enough, we will be back for sure.

Amazing place! 5 minute walk from the train station, and only 10 minutes to the city by train! Steve was a great host and the room met the description perfectly! Would recommend.

I don’t know how to say how nice is Steve. We do enjoy staying and talking with Steve,even my oral English is not good,he paied a lot of patience. He gave us advices and tips,he is very helpful.He loves his children and family we can see everywhere in the house. The house is close to city by train or tram.And there is a coles near by.The nearest cafe is around 100 meters, ‘Head in the cloud coffee’,the cafe owner are a couple from Chobgqing (hot pot city)in China.I feel so nice to meet them there. There are 2 lovely cats,I like them very much,especially when I lied on the sofa do some reading,Roise just walked from one side and lying on the top of me.And Steve told us the mom fish was going to give birth to some baby fishes.He took care of her very much.After the night,we saw those baby fishes.They are so cute. Very expect to meet him next time in Melbourne.

Steve is a really nice person. He made sure everything was good at all times. He offered help in everything we needed. The place was great. Big room with private bathroom. Close to Chapel St (100% recommended to walk, eat and go shopping), close to Albert Park and easy to go to CBD. We know were we'll stay the next time we go to Melbourne.👊🏽

A pleasant stay! Steve is a nice host, all communication with him was very smooth. The room was big and clean, the two cats were lovely, and there was plenty of shops and cafes to explore nearby. Great memories of Melbourne. :)
