The ground floor boasts a spacious living room with French doors leading out onto the patio area, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen complete with a Falcon range and breakfast bar. A cozy dining room is perfect for enjoying meals or gathering around the table to play board games. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a master double bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom and views of the patio. Additionally, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with easy access to the family bathroom, featuring a jet shower and roll top bath. Both bathrooms have heating and heated towel rails for your comfort. The hallway upstairs is spacious and even includes a desk should you need to get some work done. We've got plenty of space for parking on our gravelled area, a large patio with a table and chairs, a wood burner and BBQ for cooking up a storm, and best of all, a stunning wood-fired hot tub! It's perfect for cooling off in the summer or soaking up the beautiful night skies in the winter. We've equipped it with jets and LED lighting for the ultimate relaxation experience.
