1st & 2nd Floor apartment which has a balcony with great views overlooking the Dwyryd & Glaslyn rivers merging together, entrance to Porthmadog Harbour and Cei Ballast island. Great place for couples and group of 4 guests as it's within walking distance of Porthmadog High Street and the Steam Railway Station, but also within easy car journey to reach Snowdonia National Park Mountains and Llyn Peninsula beaches! This apartment is on the 1st & 2nd floor level, there is an external staircase to take you up to front door. Balcony (1st Floor): This balcony is accessed through the Living Room and has outside chairs so guests can sit outside and enjoy the views of the estuary, Ballast Island and the entrance for Porthmadog Harbour. The cushions for the outside chairs are kept inside under the stairs. Young children need to be supervised at all time on the balcony - the ship type ladder on the side of the balcony which you can see in the photos should be used in emergencies only. Living Room (1st Floor): This room has a Kitchen and Lounge Areas and access to the balcony. Living Room - Lounge Area (1st Floor): 2 sofas and TV which is connected to the internet, so guests who has their own Netflix Accounts and use this TV to watch their Netflix Accounts. Living Room - Kitchen Area (1st Floor) In the room there is a galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge (with a small freezer draw), microwave. There is a kettle, tea pot and a Cafetiere. No food items like coffee, tea, sugar are provided, please bring your own food. Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): This bedroom has a king-size bed and has very limited sea views over the rooftops. There is a chest of draws and wardrobe in this bedroom. (Bedlinen provided but towels are not provided) Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): This bedroom has two single beds and has very limited harbour views and over looks the car park area. There is a wardrobe in this room. (Bedlinen provided but towels are not provided) Shower Room (2nd Floor): The shower room has a walk in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. (It's next door to the king-size bedroom) Parking Area: There is a car park area and there is 1 allocated parking space for 1 car near the external steps to reach the front door on the 1st floor level. .............. BEDLINEN: Yes included. TOWELS: No, not included. We are ask Guests to bring their own TOWELS and TEA TOWELS. However, the cleaner does provide a bath mat for guests. Wi-Fi: Yes PETS: Sorry, but this apartment does not allow pets/animals inside the apartment. Therefore this apartment would suite guests with pet allergies. HEATING: Electrical panel heaters in all bedrooms and heated towel rail in the shower room. ELECTRICITY included only for the facilities provided at the property. Guests are unable to charge up their electric cars from this apartment. Closest charging point is at Porthmadog Tesco car park and the car park area next to Glaslyn Swimming Pool. FAQ 1: Access is via a set of external staircase to a front door on the 1st floor. The ship's ladders you can see in the photos that you can see from the balcony are for fire escape purposes only. FAQ 2: It is quite a firm mattress but it does have a mattress topper on it. FAQ 3: There are no travel cot, high chair or stair gate at this apartment.
