Comfortable and functional apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 5 people, featuring two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment boasts an exclusive location, being right in the center of the beautiful Quadrilatero Romano district, it is located in Piazza Statuto, one of the most important squares in the city. Excellent starting point for exploring the wonders of Turin! The accommodation of approximately 70 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The accommodation is composed as follows: -BEDROOM with a quuen bed, wardrobe, desk; -BEDROOM (2) with a queen bed, single sofa bed, TV and chest of drawers; -KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge and freezer, oven, moka, various kitchen utensils, dining table with chairs; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, central heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation does not have parking, you can park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or you can park at the "Central Parking" paid car park, in Via Filippo Juvarra, 22/A. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Appartement idéal pour un quelques jours à Turin ! Tout est accessible à pied, l'appartement était propre et les instructions de l'hôte étaient claires, ce qui est le plus important. Par contre, le logement est un peu bruyant la nuit à cause de la circulation sur la place ! Malgré cela je recommande :)
El alojamiento estaba muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila cerca del centro. Pero las fotos no corresponden con la realidad, esta muy estropeado, no funcionaba el frigorífico, muebles viejos, ventanas muy viejas por las que entraba frío y muchísimo ruido. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento y resolutivo con los problemas que tuvimos.
Logement bien situé, et spacieux. Hôte réactif qui fournit des instructions claires et précises. Par contre, l'appartement et le mobilier sont vétustes et très basiques. Aussi, on entend le bruit provenant des transports et trafic.
Alloggio per vacanze di pochi giorni. La comunicazione con l'host è stata facile e veloce. Nonostante al check-in abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi con la porta della doccia e con uno dei letti, l'host è stato in grado di inviarci un manutentore a risolvere le questioni. L'alloggio gode anche di un ottima posizione, a due passi da una fermata della metro e ad alcuni minuti di camminata dal centro città. Unica pecca è stata la pulizia: la casa è nel complesso un po' vecchia. Lo si percepisce dagli infissi o dal bagno (in realtà ci sono 2 bagni ma uno è inutilizzabile), anche se la cucina è nuova. Abbiamo trovato della polvere negli angoli delle stanze e una blatta viva assieme a un ragno. Nel complesso esperienza sufficiente.

The flat is located in the Quadrilatero district, in the heart of the city, and taking a pleasant walk of a few minutes you can reach the most popular places of interest (Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carignano, Piazza Vittorio, Museums and more). In the immediate vicinity of the house there are pizzerias, GROM ice cream parlor, shops, gardens and playground for children, bus and taxi stops. The underground and the Porta Susa railway station are only 550 meters away and allow you to reach every part of the city. From the Porta Susa station, buses also leave and arrive in the direction of the airports (Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Bergamo Orio Al Serio, etc.).
- The airport is situated than 50 minutes away by public transport.
Take the bus at the airport terminus to the To - C. So Bolzano 42 (P. Susa) stop.
Then continue on foot for about ten minutes.
- From the Porta Nuova railway station, take the M1 metro, covering four stops, to Metro XVIII December. Walk for 3 minutes.
- From the Porta Susa railway station you can reach it on foot with a walk of about 7 minutes.
There is a paid parking in Piazza Statuto, the price is 1.5 euros per hour
