The hosts are very responsive. They will walk you through on every step of the way until they know that you’re in the unit and settled. We had a little hiccup almost midnight time but when I contacted the host they responded right away. The place is clean and as shown in the pictures. Will surely go back and stay there.

We had a great stay. The location is great also just near Robinson's supermarket and skyranch.
all in all great place to stay. will book here again when goes back to tagaytay. better instructions on how to get to the lobby would be best for commuters
