Ercan is a very kind and friendly person, but overall this was a very weird experience. From what I understood, he lives there and whenever he has guests he sleeps somewhere else, so there are personal things everywhere (clothes in the wardrobes, toothbrushes in the toilet, etc). There's carpet in most of the apartment, and it wasn't clean at all. There was a dirty ashtray on the coffee table. We were told not to use the stove. The washing machine had clothes inside, there's no working space as mentioned, the only "table" there is the coffee one which is not suitable for working. But the worst part for us was the fact that there was a back door that didn't lock (doesn't even have a key), and the front balcony door also didn't lock, and this made us feel super unsafe so we didn't sleep well. Doors inside have marks of what looks like punches, weird. We were there just for a few hours as we had a very early flight to catch, but I wouldn't go back, even though Ercan is super nice.

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

Ercan bey, talimatlardaki gibi bir yer sundu. Gayet ılımlı birisiydi. İstediğimiz saatte girmemize olanak sağladı. Bir sonraki seyahatte görüşmek dileğiyle 🙏🏻

Ercan Bey her konuda yardımcı oldu, aksam gireceğim için beni karşıladı, evle ilgili talimatlar verdi hatta arabamın yerini bile sorguladı zarar görmemesi icin, telefonu hep açıktı gerek wp gerek aramayla hrr zaman yardımcı oldu, hem uygun fiyata hem de bu denli temiz bir ev ve ilgili bir ev sahibi bulmak zor cok memnun kaldim her konuda teşekkür ederim
