The studio has great views of the old town, located in Trung Yen alley famous for street food and bustling Hang Be market. Only 2 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and other attractions. The studio is located on the 7th floor with an elevator, convenient to move and avoid noise from the street. It gets very quiet here in the evening and night. Suitable for travel as well as long-term stays. The 30sqm studio is located on the 7th floor of a small 8-story building. On the ground floor is a coffee shop called Caphe Litaliti. The 8th floor is a common space including a washing machine and stairs to the rooftop. We share the elevator with the building next door.

Je recommande totalement ce logement situé en plein vieux quartier et à deux minutes à pied du Lac, du théâtre des marionnettes et de pleins de restaurants. J’ai passé une semaine dans ce logement car je devais teletravailler et je peux vous dire que le logement correspondait aux photos, je l’ai même trouvé plus grand. Logement très lumineux car de nombreuses fenêtres, j’ai beaucoup apprécié car même par temps gris de la lumière entrait dans la pièce ce qui est très agréable. Le logement est propre, bien décoré et très calme pour le sommeil car situé dans un étage élevé , ce qui est rare à Hanoï ! Je recommande et si je reviens a Hanoï j’y retournerai Merci encore Manh Duc pour votre accueil
Had a nice stay at Manh's place. It is very well located in the Old Quarter on a busy alleyway full of local restaurants and markets. It's a good mix of real Hanoi and tourist Hanoi and the perfect base to explore. The apartment is very private and quiet being on the 7th floor. Would definitely stay there again. One thing to note for anyone traveling with heavy or a lot of baggage - access to the neighborhood during the weekend is car restricted and you will have to walk a few blocks since taxis are not able to enter. No big deal but be advised. It also makes the area nice and pedestrian friendly on the weekends!
The apartment is super clean and feels very cosy and homely. It is very well located in the centre of the old quarter. He was a very responsive host and the check in was super easy :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt und sobald man aus der Tür tritt, findet man sich inmitten von zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Manh Duc war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bei allein Fragen geholfen. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu lagern, wenn man später nach dem Check-Out abreist. Einzig der Zugang zur Wohnung ist etwas verwirrend, da man nur durch eine leerstehende Hotel-Baustelle zur Wohnung kommt. Ich würde aber wieder bei Manh Duc übernachten.

The apartment is located in the center of the old town so walking is the best way to explore.
Alternatively, you can catch a taxi at Gia Ngu street or Dinh Liet street. Taxi times to famous locations are also very close:
- 10 minutes to Hoa Lo prison.
- 10 minutes to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
- 15 minutes to Temple of Literature.
- 15 minutes to West Lake.
- 45 minutes to Noi Bai international airport.
