Hillcrest is immaculately presented and finished to a very high standard throughout. Clearly a lot of care and attention has been put into the refurbishment of the cottage inside and out. The Lamb Inn at the end of the road has a comprehensive menu and serves great food (with a takeaway option!). We loved seeing the foals on the village green and will definitely return

Absolutely loved the cottage and hope to return. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The bed and pillows were really comfy, the bathroom gorgeous with lovely products and Nicola has thought of everything. The outdoor space is really nice and the local pub serves delicious food. The cycling is very good and there is lots to do in this beautiful location.

We had a great long weekend stay at this Nomansland cottage in the northern part of the New Forest in May 2024. It is outwardly very welcoming & the layout of all the rooms has been carefully & thoughtfully considered, e.g. the bathroom was very clean & had both a separate shower & a lovely bath. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery et al & has brand new cooker, fridge & freezer units. And the adjoining living room was very comfortable & warm (as was the cottage overall). The stairs might be difficult to ascend for those with mobility problems. The car parking area is suitable for two cars if needed (& btw all the streets adjoining nearby are good, not off-road); and the garden areas look great. The cottage location is just fantastic for exploring the New Forest & nearby towns. Overall we considered this to have been one of the best airbnb places we have ever stayed at (& thankfully there was no guestbook to fill!). And we will most probably return for another stay.

What a beautiful home, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The home had everything you need and lots of little extras. The local area is beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Nicola’s cottage. Spotlessly clean and full of all the essentials you need along with other little touches that were really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and consider returning to this cottage. Perfect location for the new forest and extremely peaceful. Good value for money and responsive hosts, thank you.
