I have very mixed feeling about this place. First of all, the good: the locations was great for my needs. Nice neighborhood where I felt safe. The room was pretty good. The desk and chair were also a nice touch. The closet is very good size, but it does not have a hanging bar. So you can't hang your clothes. Bed was comfortable. The bad: since the hosts have the need to stack as many people as possible in the house, there is two people staying in the dining room area, just divided with a curtain. So the kitchen is off limits at 10pm. That doesnt work well for someone who gets out of work at 11. The ugly: some people are just disrespectful and can't seem to understand they are sharing the place with 5 other guests. During my stay some people were loud, making excessive noise very late at night and early in the morning. Also, there was a guy who would go in the bathroom and stay there for 45 mins talking on the phone, singing, and apparently running. That just ruined the whole stay.

Worst Airbnb experience. Host was responsive at check in but the stay itself was very poor. Several issues - gross hair all over bedding that I had to change out myself, room reeked of smoke, house not maintained (blackened walls, dirty bathroom area), many other guests not respectful of quiet hours, in and out of house at all hours and talking in hallways. All of that I took in stride, but there was a woman who holed up in the bathroom both nights all night from before midnight to 7am. I assume she was trespassing because she never entered any of the rooms. Both nights is too strange to be a coincidence. I had to knock and ask to use the restroom but she went straight back in there after I used it once each night. I got a bit scared so I gave up on using the restroom and was absolutely miserable holding it in. I felt so stressed and unsafe. You only need a code to get into the house, thank god I had a locked room. I urged host to investigate since there was a camera. Please avoid!!
