There are built in dresser drawers as well as a walk-in closet tucked off of the ensuite bathroom for additional storage. The second floor features two generously sized bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. One bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser and a closet. The other features a queen-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This room also has a dresser as well as a closet. There is an additional walk-in closet on the second floor for extra storage space if needed. The basement provides two additional bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a closet. The other bedroom has two twin-size beds, a dresser and a closet. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are three full and one half bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The half bath is located in the home's entryway right around the corner from the kitchen for first floor convenience. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a beautiful glass enclosed shower. The second floor bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom which has a tub for those seeking a relaxing water-drawn bath. The pool area includes lounge chairs and outdoor furniture and is available to guests from June 15th through September 15th. The beautifully landscaped yard with amazing perennial gardens and patio area provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings, barbecues, and relaxation. A new private association boardwalk was built in 2022, just steps away from the front door, to allow for an easy stroll to the ocean.
