Vivvo was forced to refund me in full for this reservation due to violating multiple Airbnb policies, including failing to communicate in a timely manner and requesting my private passport information to be sent to their personal Google Drive file.
 Some guests don’t know this, but you have the right to deny any host who asks for highly sensitive information, such as your passport, if this requirement is not clearly noted in the listing upfront. Vivvo did not disclose this.
 For passports, official government websites/services w/ secure encryption are best practice for this kind of transfer. Additionally, hosts who are quick to take your money and solicit bookings but become slow, unresponsive or dismissive when it's time to host or answer basic questions about the listing you’ve just paid for should be held more accountable on Airbnb. 

 I had not planned to write a review, but if asked or obligated, this was my honest experience. I wish this host well and hope they improve.
