Traditional, stone-built mansion of 1908 fully renovated with modern amenities, in Sykia Village. The magnificent beaches of Sithonia are less than 10km away with the closest just 3km away (Sykia beach, Linaraki beach, Pigadaki beach, Tourkolimionas beach). Fully renovated stone-built mansion of 1908 with traditional character and modern amenities. The building consists of two floors that are connected both with an exterior and an interior wooden staircase. In the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a traditional fireplace. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has a separate bedroom and a comfortable living room. In each floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower in the ground floor, bathtub in the upper floor). Enjoy the magnificent views of the village and the surrounding mountainous scenery from the balcony. The shady courtyard is ideal for barbecue and relaxing under the olive tree. Free wifi internet is available.

It’s a wonderful house in a very charming village. The house is extremely comfortable in close proximity to shops and tavernas. The local beach is great you can find other lovely spots near by. Vicky and her husband have made us feel very welcome and are always very responsive if in need. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back.

The house is absolutely fantastic: very large, clean, with all the necessary appliances (including dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machine, barbecue). The 2 bathrooms represent an incredible added value. The host is very kind, ready to support you in any request. The garden is large and perfect for relaxing. The house is close to shops and markets and I really suggest it as a strategic point to visit all the beaches of South-central Sithonia and for relaxing after a day at seaside. We are an Italian family with three children and we have enjoyed a lot our stay in this house. Recommended!
Vicky is amazing host. Unfortunately we didnt met her ,but communication was excellent. We had a lovely stay in the villa. Its extremely clean and have everything you need it in . Vicky left us a few gifts around the villa , also some sweets, drinks, fruit , food for firs day of our stay and much more ... I have a huge experience with accommodations but never been in a such a beautiful , clean and well equipped house. Highly recommended! Thanks again Vicky!

The mansion is located in a peaceful neighborhood near the center of Sykia Village.
Sykia village is located in the south-east point of Sithonia peninsula. It is aproximately 160 km away from Thessaloniki (the second biggest city in Greece) and 130 km from Thessaloniki Airport "Makedonia".
- Transportation with a car is advisable. Free parking space (for two cars) is available.
- Bikes and bicycles are ideal options for nearby excursions.
- There is a thrice daily bus service from and to Thessaloniki.
