Zi was a wonderful host, the unit was fabulous, spacious, and as pictured, the location is very near Deep Ellum with lots to do, however the immediate neighborhood is a bit rough and is undergoing improvements. I was familiar with the area, so this was acceptable but others may want to be aware. Zi always responded quickly and took care of an issue with the air mattress very professionally. We would stay here again for the location, value, and great host!

Zi was wonderful. I mentioned a couple things that weren’t working properly and she assured me they would be fixed for the next guest. The unit is tastefully designed and super clean. It smelled great! The neighborhood made me a little uncomfortable but within the building, it was quiet and peaceful.

Clean, large space with lots of modern amenities. The neighborhood is perhaps not the nicest, but things were quiet during our stay and we didn’t feel unsafe. Also, the place is located within a gated complex. Thank you.
