The Louis Armstrong room transports you to the wonderful world of jazz with vibrant yellow and blue accents, a sleek chaise lounge and a beautiful feather lamp. Upstairs, we have The Amelia Earhart room that embodies adventure with vintage aviation posters, and a cozy reading nook, perfect for the little ones. Lastly, the Great Gatsby Suite is opulent and glamorous, with luxurious velvet accents, faux fur rugs, and a glittering chandelier. There is a long term tenant in the ADU downstairs & a family lives next door. Any violation of this will be an immediate eviction & fine. ✔ Parking - There is parking available for up to (4) vehicles. Any normal sized sedan or small SUV sized vehicles are accepted. You will notice clearly marked signs for parking. Please do not park directly in front of the house. This allows for the long term tenant space for their vehicles. ✔ We have a full home security system, external ring actively recording cameras & flood lights on the perimeter. This is to provide security for our guests & the home.
