Exceeded my expectations for the price. Perfectly clean and everything was modern and stylish. The free parking garage is literally right next to the building and anything you want to do in hot springs is right there within a few blocks. Awesome pizza place right down the street called the “Greatful Head” as well! My girlfriend and I had a great experience staying here.

My husband and I stayed at The Exchange as a birthday celebration surprise! The place was absolutely lovely! It is conveniently located which makes adventuring stress free. It is apparent that the host cares about the details. Our stay felt more like a VIP experience than just a spot to stay.

My wife and I, along with her parents, bought this historic building in downtown Hot Springs. We spent the last 1+ years completing a total rehab on this beautiful building. With the help of family, a great contractor, and a vision for the right design, we finished the project March 2024. We love this building and its absolutely perfect location. It will be a great asset to downtown Hot Springs.
