Overcharged after check-out! 😣 The host listed a max of 2 guests, but an additional 25 CHF per night for the second person. Despite its inconvenient location, the pricing is surprisingly high for a 15-min walk to the train station or 8 mins to the tram😫😫 The confusing check-in process involved a hard-to-open lockbox that took over 10 mins to manage. Despite following the description, the clear button didn't work, and the host had mentioned breaking into the house before. The host's absence led to difficulties with the lockbox structure, and if present, they could have assisted in closing it or receiving the keys directly 😑😑 So I decided to put her key inside the lockbox and push all the way back then closed the mailbox. The balcony door remained closed throughout my stay, yet I was charged extra for high electricity costs 😡😡 which feels unfair since I never opened the door. The post-stay billing seems ridiculous 😮‍💨 It's easy for her to profit without any reception. BILL YOU AFTER!
