This home is newly remodeled. It has fresh paint and new mattresses. It is a small, yet efficiently designed, one-story ranch home located in a very safe and convenient area. The wifi works great. Download speed: up to 300 Mbps Upload speed: up to 20 Mbps The kitchen is still under remodel. The anticipated date of completion is around May 20th. However, access is available for guests. This inconvenience is reflected in the discounted price. Updates will be provided as progress is made. There are two folding mattresses available after the three beds have been called. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the left side of the home. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the living room comprise the front half of the house. The master bedroom, both bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry room comprise the back half of the house.

Very quiet and clean
Good budget stay with a super communicative and kind host
House was in a quiet location. Could use small TV’s in each room for those who may stay in during the day or for those who like to watch TV while laying in bed. Otherwise, was very pleased with the home.
This stay had really great Internet speed and connection. about 300mbs Upload and Download. which was perfect to work on projects online after work was over. Love the place and its diffidently a quiet neighborhood to be at. The shower is freshly installed and looked amazing, The master bedroom was just the right size and the window A/C unit kept the place cold when i needed it, There is a heater unit that works great too for that extra toasty feeling. the other bedrooms were clean and beds were brand new! Slept like a king. Jason was a Fantastic Host answered all my questions and help when i needed information.
My friend and I travel together often. This was an absolute GEM! We stayed in the middle of the kitchen renovation (we just needed the coffee pot, so it was perfect). I have never seen a reno this clean! Beds, Baths, and living area are super clean, comfortable, and have a very welcome home vibe. I can't wait to come back next year, 1,000% will book again next year!
