The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There is also a terrace with a private pool to relax and cool off during the hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Apartamento moderno com boas acomodações e bem localizado. Água quente através de caldeira que não tem capacidade de gerar água quente suficiente para quatro hospedes.
Excelente estadia, tivemos alguns pouquíssimos imprevistos que a anfitriã se prontificou rapidamente. Um ponto que tivemos muita dificuldade foi com estacionamento, pois a região é bem difícil de parar por ser zona paga e acaba encarecendo bem o custo da viagem.
Que dire de ce Air Bnb ? ABSOLUMENT SUBLIME idéalement bien placé au cœur de Lisbonne, vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied le logement possède deux belles chambres ainsi que 2 salles de bains + un toilettes tout est super propre, neuf et beau une belle pièce de vie, salon donnant sur un jardin privé …. avec piscine !! l’hôte nous a accueilli pour remise des clés en mains propre, très sympa 5 étoiles pour ce logement ⭐️
L’appartement est conforme à la description : beau et spacieux. Le Monsieur qui nous a accueilli nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour (Il ne parle pas Français). Le logement est très bien situé (en moyenne, vous êtes à 20 minutes de la majorité des quartiers touristiques). Nous avons effectué le check-in à 15h00 comme stipulé sur l’annonce cependant, lors de notre arrivée, la personne en charge du ménage était en retard et venait juste de commencer… elle devait rester une heure et finalement en 30 minutes elle avait terminé. Malheureusement, l’appartement n’était pas propre. Surtout la salle de bain et les WC. Nous avons dû passer l’aspirateur et acheter un produit d’entretien pour nettoyer… Le premier jour où nous sommes arrivées, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Pour les jours suivants et toute la durée du séjour, l’eau chaude n’était pas suffisante (pour 3 personnes et une seule douche par jour). Dommage pour un appartement de ce standing…
The apartment is very beautiful, new, and very clean! It exceeded my expectations compared to the photos in the listing. The staff is very helpful; they contacted me before the check-in date. The guy who checked us in welcomed us very well and gave us all the necessary information about the apartment. The location is very good, it’s in the upper part of Lisbon and has two metro stations nearby.
