Perfect place to stay for multi-family vacations, large tour groups, and weekend parties. With 6 bedrooms and large communal spaces, it can host up to 14 people. All kitchen appliances are provided, along with board games and poker table for late night fun. If you want some fresh air, you can access the rooftop or go for a stroll along the park right outside. Hyochang Park Station and Samgakji Station are just a few steps away, which allows for easy travel to Itaewon, Gangnam, and Myeongdong. The building consists of 4 floors. B1: TV, board games, poker table, 2 double sofa beds, etc. 1F: Kitchen, dinning table, and large communal space 2F, 3F: a total of 6 separate bedrooms for privacy Open rooftop The shower room is located at the ground floor, with 3 shower heads including a toilet. Also separate toilets are located at 2nd floor.

地理位置很好，周围吃的店吃几顿足够，距离地铁站和公交站都是几百米，节省出行时间。 二楼厕所有点小，浴室是三个花洒在同一间房，略有一点不太方便。

It is located on the right side of the building named Yongsan Geowerk and behind the bus top (Wonhyedong)
It is walking distance to Namyeong Station (subway line 1), Samgakji Station (subway line 4, 6) and Hyochang Park Station ( subway line , Gyeonguijungang).
Only 4 subway stops away from Myeong-dong, 2 stops to Itaewon, 3 stops to Hongdae, 9 stops to Gangnam, and only one stop to Seoul station (which has the KTX, ITX, etc).
There is also a bus stop by the building with Bus #162 that goes to Myeongdong, Seoul station, Namdaemun market, and Insadong.
With all these transportation options, you can use cash or a T-card that you can purchase at any convenience store or subway station. You can load a balance onto that card in subway stations - it is easy and efficient as the machines have English options.
If you come by car, you can use our free parking garage.
