Fully-equipped and practically furnished apartment with a very handy location, just 100 meters from the public transport stop and right across the street from the local Edeka store which also has a bakery open on Sundays. Free parking is available right in front of the gate. The apartment is on the groundfloor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything one might need to cook himself/herself a nice meal. A large, modern fridge, microwave, electrical stove, electrical oven, all kind of utensils, plates, pots, and so on. It's not open space, doors are available for every room. The practical bathroom has a shower. Hot water is always available. In the apartment there are two bedrooms: one with a large queen size bed and a second single bed, one with an extensible couch and another single bed. At least 4 persons can sleep in the apartment. If 2 share the large queen size bed and the sofa, this number can get to 6. Upon requests, additional single beds can be brought and installed prior to your arrival. The TV can be used with the local broadcast or with your own Netflix or Amazon account using the attached Amazon Fire TV. All windows are equipped with shutters that protect from the sun in the summer and can be used to darken the rooms if necessary. We (a family of three) usually live upstairs, unless we are on vacation. Therefore we share the same house door and main hallway. We might meet occasionally. Still, the entry door to your apartment, as well as the groundfloor apartment where you stay, are completely private. If you need anything else, any request no matter how unexpected it could be, please just announce us, we would be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Otherwise, one might could also self-check-in and self-check-out at any hour and without any direct assistance as everything is already settled.
