My family of 5 loved staying here. We had enough room for all of us and it was really useful having the two bathrooms. Checking in was easy and we had Joanne’s assistant text us to let us know he was available if we had any questions or concerns.

Joannes place is centrally located and ideal for a stay. All restaurants are close and easily accessible. The apartment was as described in the listing and ideal for travels. The apartment was clean and the instructions allowed us to locate the place easily. The parking is a plus for a busy street. thanks for being a great host

Joanne’s place was great! Everything was clearly listed and Porto’s Bakery which is walkable was amazing. Love its proximity to the mall and local restaurants. Will def go back

Good value for the price. There were issues with the A/C working, but Joanne was very responsive and had someone out to look at it the following day. When they couldn't resolve, she offered a partial credit back and also arranged for a temporary cooling unit to be brought in the next day. A few suggestions would be to get better pillows for the bed and perhaps have extras available - the ones on the bed were very, very flat and not comfortable at all. In addition, the towel holder in the master bath and the toilet paper holder in the guest bath were both broken. I would suggest having these quick/easy repairs made before you have guests arrive. Thank you again for hosting us.
