This home was the perfect setting for our extended family. A lot of spaces for privacy, beautiful views, extremely comfortable and relaxing. Our host prepared our stay with much thoughtfulness in mind. Very accommodating space. Our family tended to congregate on the deck, in the back yard, the kitchen (around the food), and in the beautifully updated basement - which left me in the large living room, on the giant sectional, all by myself to unwind when I needed some solitude! We didn’t even use the large formal dining room;) My only regret was not bringing our grandchildren - they would have loved it. Perfect retreat, felt at home🥰

Bethanne and Don were great hosts and super responsive. Kitchen was stocked and the house was clean and exactly as described. She left us some eggs juice and pastries for breakfast during our stay which was great. My entire group love how peaceful and comfortable their place was. I would totally stay here again!

Three families met at this beautiful house for a Penn State Homecoming reunion. It had plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed for 6 adults and 6 kids. The home is beautifully appointed, and Bethann left some yummy pastries for us upon arrival. The deck area and outdoor space are simply gorgeous, and we loved sitting outside looking at the fall foliage. Our kids were bananas for the goats, miniature horse, and alpaca that live on the property, and the swing set was a big hit. There was also a really great playroom in the basement apartment, which we also rented. If you're travelling with small kids, it is so helpful to have these amenities for children. It makes the trip better for adults and kids! We took the 30 minute trip into State College for the homecoming festivities, and it was an easy commute. It actually ended up downpouring that day, so we were beyond happy to have the comfortable house to return to. Bethann was very helpful and communicative during our stay!

My family enjoyed our stay in Spring Mills for the PSU football game weekend. We were just 30 mins away from the stadium on Saturday, and had plenty to do locally before/after the game on Friday and Sunday. We visited Penns Cave (15 mins away) and spent time in the pool and visiting the animals on property (the kids’ favorite activity!!). Overall, would recommend!
