Gena is friendly and responsive, one of the problem is that she's not really there to host you. so communication is not ideal, you talk to her, who talks to one (two?) other people. it was one of the worst Airbnb experience I had. we checked in late (8:50pm) after talking to her, fine. Self check in was not easy (really lengthy directions, needlessly) google takes you outside the community, then straight to the home, but we didn't know which room was ours. there was a person sleeping by the hall inside who didn't react when we said hello. we found a room that looked like the photo. the bed was not done, and we couldn't find the sheets. and the main bedroom light wasn't working. I texted Gena who told me where the sheets could be, outside the room in a cabinet with dozens of towels and some sheets, most single, and one double. anyway, not the most welcoming experience. and for that price, I would certainly not recommend it.

Stayed one night for coachella. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Would stay again.

The property is very quiet and easy to find based on the clear instruction. The room is spacious with master bathroom. The host is very responsive and friendly to make me feel like home. Gena is very professional and truly cares the needs of us. I really appreciate her understanding and help during our stay. I strongly recommend this listing.
