This is the ideal place to stay if you have children! We enjoyed having pool access for when the ocean was a bit too rough for our liking. There is also a community park right beside the condo for extra playtime for kids. The neighborhood felt safe and was very clean. We were able to walk to 2 of the restaurants we love to go to. The kitchen was perfect for preparing small meals. The ONLY downside—and this is out of the property owners’ hands—is that a storm knocked the power out twice. It would be nice if the building had emergency generators for situations like that, but it didn’t put a damper on our vacation at all and John & Sumadhi were quickly responsive about the situation. This has been our favorite stay in the area and I’ll be looking to book it again if next year permits us to have a vacation!

We always visit this area when we come to Florida and have stayed in many places up and down the beach and this was our favorite! Great location, close to many good restaurants and the beach is just across the street. The condo was clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plus the complex was peaceful and well kept. We will definitely stay again. John was also very friendly and quick to reply when we had questions.

Fantastic stay! John and Sumadhi were amazing host. We felt like we were right at home. I love how the beach was a quick 2 minute walk from the room. It was very convenient that they had a beach wagon, sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. for us to use. The pool is heated and a great addition for fun after the beach. Very calm and quiet in the complex and we had an awesome stay. We will be back very soon!

Muy lindo el departamento y con todo lo necesario. Muy complicado el estacionamiento , mucho ruido de los otros paaajeros. Muy cerca de la playa ideal para descansar. Es necesario auto
