My review is based on 2 things - first about hotel - it was great hotel, nice location, great room, facilities and etc - everything you can expect for this pricing. Second thing - bad - that ruined my experience - what i did before I book - I asked if they have and they provide baby crib - and they say YES - after which I booked this unit. Upon arrival, lady at reception said that cribs are subject to availability and not available now due to high demand. When I show her correspondence with confirmation of crib, she tried her best by giving us better and bigger room which was kinds cool but NOT SOLVING OUR ISSUE with the crib...we tried to merge 2 chairs together and use towels to create DIY crib - it looked OK but our 5months daughter didn't feel good about it, she kept turning around as surface was uneven and it looked totally unsafe. So we ended up building a crib with sofa pillows on master bed and I had to spend night at the sofa. That is bad experience and bad customer service.
