Krishna Valley, a spiritual eco-farm community, houses 140 volunteers dedicated to serving and living on the property. Practicing Bhakti yoga, some know us as Hare Krishnas or ISKCON members. At the heart of the farm community stands the temple, where daily worship and meditation takes place. Additionally, it holds the distinction of being one of Europe's largest ecological farm communities and is Hungary's sole cow protection center. The Gurudeva Bhavan guesthouse stands as our most exquisite accommodation, situated at the heart of the Krishna Valley project, a mere 70m from our temple. Our rooms, available with private and shared bathrooms, provide a comfortable environment in close proximity to the temple. Despite the absence of electricity lines on the farm, our guesthouse relies on reliable solar panels, ensuring uninterrupted power for our guests. During winter, traditional Hungarian tiled stoves guarantee warmth, ensuring the utmost comfort for our guests. The en-suite single room features a single bed, a desk with a chair, and a dedicated closet for guest use. Complete with an attached washroom, it offers the utmost comfort and privacy for our guests.

Krishna Valley is situated in the village of Somogyvámos, a quaint Hungarian village with a population of around 700 residents. Despite being tucked away in a secluded corner of the Hungarian countryside, it is conveniently just a 2-hour drive from Budapest and a mere half-hour from the renowned Balaton Lake.
For those seeking a tranquil and spiritual atmosphere to unwind and rejuvenate, this location proves to be an ideal choice. Additionally, individuals interested in sightseeing during their stay can easily embark on day trips to explore the picturesque Balaton or venture to other tourist attractions in the surrounding area.
From Ferenc Liszt International Airport in Budapest:
The easiest way to come from the airport is by the Krishna Valley transfer. Prices may vary, please contact us for the latest airport transfer price and to book your ride.
Traveling by train:
Nearest stations: Fonyód (train from Budapest Deli) which is a 30 min drive from the farm or Somogyvár (train from Fonyód) a mere 5 minute drive.
On arrival at either station, you will need to be picked up. Please contact us for train station transfer prices and to book your ride.
Traveling by bus:
You can take a bus from Budapest Nepliget Bus station to Öreglak, then take a bus to Somogyvár and from there take a bus to Somogyvámos. Alternatively a pickup service from Öreglak or Somogyvár can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
