La casa es perfecta con muy buena ubicación. Miguel súper atento cuando se necesita, deja muchos detalles para nuestro disfrute, como fruta, café, agua fresca y natural, y de precio bastante bien en cuanto a calidad precio. Volvería sin duda.

Amazing stay overall :) Great location close to the light blue metro line that takes you directly to the museum area, city centre and Malasaña. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood as well Apartment is on a quiet side street and faces the inner courtyard so there was no noise from the street whatsoever Apartment has everything you need such as dishwasher, washing machine a complete kitchen with an oven. Heating and AC which come in handy in Madrid The bed was comfortable and there was enough room to store clothes The apartment feels roomy as it has kitchen/ living room area with a small balcony, a separate bedroom and a big bathroom Miguel was a great host. He gave detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, on how to check in and was flexible with both check in and check out. As an additional nice gesture seeing I was visiting from Portugal he communicated with me in Portuguese Summarizing: quiet place, has everything you need and a great host

Miguel is an extraordinary host. He made our stay so much easier. Provided lots of tips and recommendations for Madrid and was always very responsive. The apartment was impeccable, and modern yet cozy. Very walkable with a variety of restaurants in close range. I will be be recommending Miguel’s place to every friend and family that visits Madrid. Nos hemos hospedado en un gran lugar, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí, nos sentimos muy cómodos, la atención del anfitrión fue ejemplar, nos hizo el favor de enviarnos un itinerario de cosas que hacer por Madrid, nos dió instrucciones claras de supermercados y restaurantes cerca del piso, respondía rápido ante alguna duda, no tenemos queja alguna, excelente, 100% recomendado.

The apartment was modern and newly refurbished. It had the best bathroom of all the places during my trip to Spain. You can hear the neighbours’ conversations until late at night, but it’s not the host’s fault and he said that he would speak to them. I liked that I could do my laundry and use the kitchen to prepare food. Close to the Nuevo Numancia metro station, and bus stop about 100 meters away.
