By Car: • 7min to Sydney Rd • 15min to City & Vic Market • 20min to Carlton/Fitzroy • 15min to airport (toll-free) On Foot: • 1min to Bus Stop (to Brunswick/Northcote) • 20min to Train Station (to City) • 15min to Melville Rd Trams (to Zoo/Vic Market/City) Enter into our home via the communal lawn, past a large tropical monstera into an open plan living space that offers great light and features a large TV with surround sound, record player & records, books, boardgames, puzzles, and split system air conditioning/heating. Enjoy meals at the dining table after cooking in our custom kitchen which includes all the amenities you may need to feel at home. (dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, filter coffee machine, coffee grinder, soda stream, toaster, kettle, stick mixer, sharp knives (inc. bread knife), large fridge, Dyson vacuum, extra tea towels, herbs, spices, basic cooking ingredients, and more) Enjoy your morning coffee in the private courtyard surrounded by tropical plants and indulge in evening drinks under the festoon lights on the undercover deck area. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with split system aircon, large built in wardrobe, as well as a projector and projector screen for a bedroom cinema experience. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space and a desk looking out into the private courtyard. Enjoy the modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in rainfall shower and large mirror and get the travel washing done in our quality washing machine (detergent included). For any dog guests, the back door into the fully enclosed courtyard includes a doggy door suitable for most dog sizes.

If you can overlook the outside of Natalie's place which is in a shabby poorly maintained block of flats, you will find it clean, comfortable and pet friendly, which is why we chose it. Natalie was friendly and communication with her was prompt and efficient.

Natalie’s place is absolutely beautiful if you’re staying in Melbourne and want a peaceful spot free from noise. The greenery and coziness of the space made it so much better! Would definitely recommend.
Wonderfully unique place to stay. Great communication with the owner. We did arrive quite late and it was dark so made it a little more difficult to find the unit number. Natalie's directions made this easy enough to navigate the carpark and entry.

In the immediate area, choose from multiple trendy cafes within a 10 minute walk (we love BAM for coffees and Lankan Tucker for incredible Sri Lankan Breakfast!), dine at Cirelli & Co (one of Melbourne's best kept secrets) and order pizza from Il Caminetto or SHOP225 (both voted as some of Melbourne's best pizzas!). There's also great walking/cycling paths along the Moonee Ponds Creek if enjoy a walk or run in the mornings!
Head to the heart of Brunswick with plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and shopping on the famous Sydney Road; eat at world class eateries in East Brunswick; enjoy the thriving arts and music hub of Northcote; or head to Cinema Nova before/after eating on Carlton's famous strip of Italian restaurants; and get thrifty at Fitzroy's famous vintage stores.
Melbourne Airport is only 15 minutes away (toll-free) by car and you can enjoy free off street parking on the property.
If travelling by car, the entirety of the northern suburbs are at your fingertips and most places have free parking on the side streets!
The heart of Brunswick is only 7 minutes drive away; only 10 minutes drive to East Brunswick; 15 minutes Northcote; 20 minutes to Carlton; and 25 minutes to Fitzroy. With close access to the freeway, Queen Victoria Market and the City's famous laneways and eateries are only 15-20 minutes drive away with paid parking available.
If travelling without a car, an Uber from the airport should cost around $40 to get to our unit in West Brunswick and an Uber back to the airport from West Brunswick costs around $25. The alternative is ~$20 per person SkyBus into the CBD then public transport out to West Brunswick (we wouldn't suggest that!).
You can get into the CBD in around 40 minutes using public transport, with a 20 minute walk to Glenbervie Train Station (and others) and a 20 minute train ride. Alternatively a 15 minute walk will have you at the Melville Rd trams for a trip into the City via Melbourne Zoo and Queen Victoria Markets. Walk to Sydney Rd in around 30 minutes or catch the 510 Bus (1 minute walk) along Moreland Rd to access central Brunswick/Northcote or the 503 Bus (5 minute walk) along Albion Street to access Central and East Brunswick. The Brunswick tram lines runs into the city along Sydney Rd via Princes Park & Royal Park or the East Brunswick/Northcote tram lines will take you in via Carlton/Fitzroy.
