Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. It’s a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, News agency, Bakery, Café’s, Bank and a Hotel, all located within a 90 minute drive from Adelaide and conveniently positioned on the Yorke Peninsula. Sheds not for guests use. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond PLEASE NOTE: There is a $400 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. You will need to Contact the Host directly to pay this, if you make no contact from the guest, then Staff will phone you for payment.
