Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood and only 12 mins from both the city center & beach and 6 mins from Lake Monger - your chic Perth getaway awaits. The villa contains two bedrooms, with the choice of a queen or double bed. There is also a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms, allowing it to be used for work while the other remains free for sleep. There is an open plan living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge areas. This flows on to the outdoor patio, which includes a lounge area, and second more informal space to relax amongst the lush garden. There are two bathrooms, with one containing a toilet and the other containing a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine in it to allow clothes to be laundered. The rear garden also includes a storage area and a clothesline and space for drying clothes.

Had a pleasant stay at Brock's Airbnb. Brock was an exceptionally hospitable host, he was readily available all the time and could quickly resolve any issues during my stay. The sanitary condition of the place was pretty good, and I appreciated the lovely decorations and lots of plants there. A few drawbacks: The kitchenware was plentiful but some of them were kinda old and rusty. Additionally, it could be better if there's a cloth dryer, especially given the frequently cloudy/rainy local weather during my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, felt right at home, hosts were fantastic and were responsive straight away. I had total privacy. Perfect sized home I absolutely luvd it! highly recommend!! check in the best I've experienced. The easiest and yet the most secure. Felt totally safe! Thankyou so much definitely one of my favourite places in terms of location and experience 🙂💯
We had a great stay - Brock is an excellent host and it's a great litte villa with lovely furnishings and all amenities needed.
Thanks for the stay, was really nicely styled, felt light and clean. Host excellent with communication and the guest app was very helpful. Good location. Will happily come back next time in Perth.

There is also a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away that has busses that go directly to the Perth CBD (15 min), Scarborough beach (15 min) and Stirling train station (5 min). Stirling train station allows connecting via train to various locations such as Fremantle, Elizabeth Quay, Northbridge, Mandurah, Leederville and Perth Airport.
