Place was perfect for a ski trip to Sunday river!

Kaylee was the most attentive and hospitable host we have ever stayed with. She was extremely helpful with all our needs, as well as provided a ton of helpful information about the house. As a new host to AirBnB, Kaylee went out of her way to make our stay as amazing as possible, and we truly appreciate that. The farmhouse is such a charm! So cozy and comfortable, you just feel like it’s a home away from home. It sits on a large property with plenty of privacy and access to trails out back. It’s also conveniently located about 12-15 minutes from Sunday River and another 15 minutes to Bethel. Super easy to get around. It was very well equipped and newly renovated. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Our family of 5 slept very comfortably in the bedrooms, and Kaylee was easy to work with regarding our service dog (pets are welcome!). From the welcome gift basket of treats (for humans and dogs), to Steven coming by to start the fire for s’mores, we truly enjoyed our stay

My wife, my dog, and a few friends came up from Boston and stayed here to ski Sunday River over a holiday weekend. The house is newly renovated but they retained a lot of the character of the original. It’s decorative, cozy, and like you’re in a really nice cabin. Kitchen is new and has everything you need—cool induction stove. Water pressure was hot and great in the new bathrooms. The house is about 10-15 mins from the mountain and it was always so nice coming back to the wood stove, which we kept humming the whole weekend. We used the snowshoes that Kalee offered to hike through the snowmobile paths out back, which our dog loved. Kalee was super responsive and communicative and gave us some local recs. Highly recommend this newly renovated house with super attentive and conscientious owners! We definitely want to come back.
