Amazing experience with the host. Very responsive and helpful , even made an exception and let us check in early. The house is sparkling clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard is very nice as well. It’s a corner home and has fences and shrubs all around so very private.

This house was awesome! The outside living was our favorite part, any time we spent at the house, was outside! The pool is big and clean. Lots of seating and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs also. The hosts were quick with responses and gave us a later checkout which was very appreciated! Under 10 minute drive to the beach and felt like a safe neighborhood! Would come back to stay if opportunity comes up!

I stayed at this property for a week with my husband, our two kids-ages 9 and 5, and my mother-in-law. We all had a great time and Pauline was always very responsive when I had a few questions throughout the week. Everything in the directions/instructions was clear and accurate upon arriving and checking out. We were all impressed with everything the house came with and made our stay much more enjoyable and relaxing. My kids shared a room with 2 beds, my MIL stayed in the room off the pool with 1 bed and we stayed in the larger room with the bathroom attached. The beds were comfy, the whole house was very clean, and it really was perfect for our spring break week! We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in town.

The home was clean and well equipped. The backyard was beautiful and private. There is a lot of room to share with family and friends on your trip. The beach is close by, with lots to do and see. The host was always responsive and helpful both leading up to the trip and during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this spot. We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. We will absolutely be going back!

This is a typical "middle class" florida neighborhood house that has been spiffed up a bit inside and has a great back yard and pool area. Not a lot of room inside for entertaining, etc., but plenty outside. Despite our expectation, there was not "adequate" beach gear...3 chairs and 2 broken umbrellas so make sure you count that in. For beach visits, we recommend the nearby state park which is not as crowded as the other options. The owners gave us a late checkout which was a big help to us. While it wasn't relevant to us (our grand kids are older), the house was well provisioned for little kids with pack n play, high chair, and plenty of toys.
