Charming isolated space overlooking garden and open farmland within South Down National Park. King size bed with space for travelling cot if have young family. En-suite toilet and shower with luxury products. Own lockable door with parking. Ideal for Goodwood, weddings at the Tythe Barn and Southdowns Manor, visits to Petersfield and Chichester, as well as walking the South Downs Way. The garden is isolated and because the garden and house is on open farmland there is a feeling of space and calm. Country roads abound for walks and escape from city life. Please note that occasionally the farm next door can cause the property to have low water pressure and the shower will have limited hot water.

The cabin is located at the rear of the garden which was very peaceful and relaxing. The main bedroom window looks out to fields and during my second night, I was treated to a beautiful sunset. The access instructions were easy to follow and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Little touches such as tea bags, cookies, chocolate, milk and Prosecco was nice. For me, I was visiting Goodwood for an event and Emma’s cabin provided the perfect getaway after a day of motor racing.

Lovely annex , clean, beautiful views, relaxing, easy parking, Emma answered messages very quickly. i would highly recommend this property. Booked the annex due to a wedding at Tithe Barn just 10 minutes away
Emma's little place is an absolute sanctuary, quiet and peaceful and so relaxing. The little touches meant such a lot and Emma was so kind espcecially as we had a rather upsetting family crisis at the time. To be recommended and we would love to stay again. Thank you

Beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by farmland. Lots of public walking paths around. Walking distance to Petersfield approx 1 hour by trail. Petersfield station just 7 minutes drive.
Free private parking.
Just 7 minutes drive to Petersfield station if getting taxi.
No bus station nearby (nearest bus stop is 20 minutes walk).
Shop, cafe and restaurant called Sky Park Farm walking distance 15 minutes.
