Soy gestora cultural y vivo en Alemania. Alquilo un espacio de mi casa en Colombia, en donde actualmente vive mi amigo Darwin. Me gusta el cine y viajar. La casa esta ubicada en El Polo, un barrio residencial seguro y bien ubicado. Puedes encontrar tiendas, panaderías, pubs, restaurantes y tres supermercados. Tres estaciones de Transmilenio por diferentes vías arterias de la ciudad (Autopista Norte, Calle 80 y Cra 30). Si quieres salir de "rumba" o comer en un buen restaurante a solo 20 minutos a pie se llega al parque el Virrey y la zona T. El Barrio San Felipe esta muy cerca con una gran oferta cultural. La casa tiene una gran energía, muy "chevere" como decimos en Colombia. Amplios espacios, tranquila para trabajar o descansar y el patio interno es el punto de reunión casi todos los días. Compartirás el espacio con Darwin y Esperanza quienes son muy amables y buenos anfitriones. Nos gustan los invitados alegres y tranquilos. I am a cultural manager and I live in Germany. I rent a space in my house in Colombia, where my friend Darwin currently lives. I like the cinema and traveling. The house is located in El Polo, a safe and well located residential neighborhood. You can find shops, bakeries, a supermarket, pubs and small restaurants. three Transmilenio stations of different arteries of the city (Autopista Norte, Calle 80 and Cra 30). If you want to get out of "rumba" or eat in a good restaurant just 20 minutes on foot you will reach the Virrey Park and the T zone. The house has a great energy, "chevere" as we say in Colombia. Wide spaces, quiet to work or rest and the internal garden is the meeting point almost every day. You will share the space with Darwin and Esperanza who are very kind and good hosts. We like happy and calm guests.
