Medine is great, very concerned about your wellbeing and communicates well. The apartment is as it appears in the pictures, the showers are great. Some mattresses are rather hard. Location is safe, with walkable distance to great restaurants at bonapriso. Also, check the local „Chez Kali“ 3 minutes by foot for great Cameroonian food!

I enjoyed my stay here. The building was easy to find and located in a great area. It's a short drive to nice restaurants, bakeries, nightlife, airport. I was never in the car for more than 20 minutes. There's also a guard there 24/7 which made me feel safe. The place appearance wise looked exactly like the pictures. Strong AC, wifi, netflix, etc. Medine was attentive and helpful. She checked in everyday. She was always just one phone call or text away in case I needed anything and even when things were out of her control she tried her very best to improve our stay. The power went out for like 10 hours, which happens sometimes in Douala and Medine made sure we had plenty of water. There was an issue with the the air conditioning in one of the rooms and she quickly brought in a technician same day. Please note: if you prefer soft or memory foam mattresses, the therapeutic beds are the very opposite and were not comfortable for me, however I had no back pain in the morning.
