距离公交站和地铁站都不算远，但附近食物店需要走上一段路。房子很新，设备非常齐全，连洗碗机都配备了，两个人入住刚刚好。总的来说比较满意，以后去悉尼会再考虑这间屋子。如果房东可以付费延迟退房或者提供行李寄存就更好了。
Simple & easy check in & Joe was great with communication. We did have issues with the TV signals when we got home in the evening which may be out of their reach but I’m sure by the next stay Joe will have it sorted. Was small & cosy & had everything we needed.

Joe’s apartment was perfect for our inner west accommodation Perfect location to travel between suburbs and great facilities We felt the unit was very cozy and comfortable Every thing we needed to stay was in the unit Would definitely stay again And Joe was a great and caring host
Very clean and nice place. Good location. However garage is very difficult to get in and out of, only suitable for small car and when there’s no other car already parked. Street parking is free but is usually full at night.

Dulwich Hill is the spot to be in Sydney's inner-west! It's like this cozy, friendly hood that's got a bit of everything.

Food-wise, we're spoiled. Cafes, restaurants – you name it, we've got it. Coffee game? Strong. Weekends mean hitting up the farmers' market – fresh goodies all the way.
If you're into green scenes, the Cooks River is your go-to. Walking, biking – it's all there. And Dulwich Hill Park is perfect for lazy afternoons and hanging with mates.
Getting around? Easy peasy. Light rail, buses, Dulwich Hill Station – it's like our transportation game is on point.
But the real gem? The vibe. Neighbors are friendly, and there's always something happening – street fairs, markets – it's all about that local life. Dulwich Hill is like that comfy hoodie you never want to take off – just easy, friendly, and the perfect fit.
The airport is only 16-30 min drive from our building (depending on traffic)
If you travel light and by yourself, most budget option is to take the train from Airport to Sydenham Station then take the Train from Sydenham Station to Dulwich Hill Station, our building is less than 10min walk from Dulwich Hill Station.
Use GGle map, it will tell you how to take each public transport!
If you travel with big luggages and 2 people it would better to takeTaxi or Uber, as the cost would be similar for 2 taking the train
*note that the train ticket from and to Sydney Airport is ~$20AUD/each

Hi guys, its Joe here, thank for taking your time to check out my Airbnb listings, I hope to be the trusted host for your stay in Sydney. I came to Sydney, Australia when I was 18 year old and felt in love with the city instantly. Beautiful, diverse, vibrant and spontaneous, Sydney has so much to offer to every one who visit, I believe you would also find the city as amazing as I found it to be. My journey with Airbnb hosting began in June 2017 with a double bed in the living room of our little apartment in Surry Hills, close to Central Station. Since then, many friends were made, and hundreds of interesting stories were shared by all the amazing guests who came to stay with us. Now with more rooms to offer and more guests to care for, Airbnb has became a part of my day-to-day life. I like to read and learn about new things everyday, love new technology and modern art. Often found myself mind-wandering about various topics, however recently I'm particularly into finance, economy and sociology (getting old!). When I came across guests who share the same interest in those areas, we often talk at lengths, many of them have became my wold-wide friends and we keep in touch on social media.
