The flat is very nice, clean and well situated. A Walmart is close by and restaurants and other shopping. The place is an easy drive to town center with a lovely park and nice dining. The area is safe and quite lovely. There are very few amenities Coffee pot, no filters or cups. There is a full kitchen but don't plan to cook. No pans. Flatware, no dishes. Towels, no soap or hairdryer.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Be aware that there is very little there other than furniture. We were short on towels and dish soap to do dishes among other things. As long as you are just looking for very basic it is a good place to stay.

Awesome stay! The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. The location was close to everything. I will definitely book again!

Davon's place was spacious and clean. It was easy to find and plenty of parking. However, it was woefully short on what should have been stocked when guests are expected. There were only two small skimpy towels and one washcloth for two guests. (I emailed him about this and he left some new ones in bags outside the door). There was no soap, no shampoo, no dishes, glasses, cups or silverware. We chose this place because he accepted pets, which is hard to find. All would be well if it had contained the necessary supplies.

Being that I had to travel on such short notice, it was hard finding a hotel. This was my first time ever experiencing air b & b’s. Received notification about checking in from 10-12pm at first, because I booked to check in early. Contacted the host to let him know I would not arrive exactly at 10am depending on traffic, no response. Travelled early that morning just to get there and not be able to check in until 3pm. My son was fussy because he was tired and of course I was also. Had to find something to do from 10am until 3pm. The experience wasn’t what I expected but the apartment itself was clean on the inside besides what looked like animal fur on the pillows, had to go purchase pillows. Overall it was an okay experience, neighborhood was quiet & it’s close to just about everything.
