Experience the ultimate balance of comfort and play in our charming abode. If you'd like to host an event please message us, we allow events for a fee! We have all the basic amenities that you would need for the kitchen! In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for our younger guests and we welcome pets of all sizes! You are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage that is caused by your pet staying at our home. We have treats for cats and dogs for your stay as well, please check for those in the kitchen. Our pet fee on the listing covers for 3 pets, if you are bringing additional pets please let us know as it will be a charge of $50 for each additional pet. If you would like to host an event or a party at our home, we would love to work with you on what that would look like. We charge a flat rate of an additional $300 to your reservation and a $200 deposit (which is refundable after your checkout). We will ask you to sign a contract for the event space if you plan to have a party. Family dinner gatherings do not count as an event in this case - we welcome visitors as long as they do not plan to spend the night. All parties must respect quiet hours but generally we don't have too many issues with neighbors. Please be respectful to the neighborhood when hosting your event. We are open to any event such as a bachelorette/bachelor party, birthday parties, etc. Unauthorized parties are subject to a $500 fee so please keep us informed and we'd love to be able to provide a space for your fun night(s).
