The downstairs layout has a wonderful living room with plenty of space to relax, and large wall mounted smart TV. The separate modern kitchen has everything you would wish having been fully renovated in 2024, and has patio doors that fold all the way to the side giving a lovely open feel and ensuring you can make the most of the garden. There's a dining area that seats 4 and a breakfast bar that also seats 4. There is also a downstairs WC. The hot tub is available to all guests at no additional cost, and offers a great way to unwind! The whole garden is private, making it a great place to relax, including outside furniture for al fresco dining! The property has 4 bedrooms bedroom and a main family bathroom with a bath and shower.
