Experience a holiday full of comfort and relaxation in our modern Villa Seekirchen in the countryside! With us you will find the perfect retreat for up to 20 people. What sets us apart? Our house impresses with its great facilities and comfortable furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay unforgettable. Our house offers the ideal starting point for active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. There are reserved parking spaces for your vehicles directly in front of the house. A minibus can also be parked in our parking areas. Our Villa Seekirchen offers approximately 600 m2 of living space for up to 20 people. On 3 floors you will find all the rooms and equipment you need for a comfortable stay. Here is a brief list of the rooms on each floor: Ground floor: 2 entrance doors Entrance areas with cloakrooms 2 open-plan living rooms with fully equipped kitchen and dining area (8 people and 4 people) and 1 sofa bed in the smaller living room Access to the terrace and garden as well as the large pool area 2 Bedrooms 3 guest toilets 2 bathrooms Upper floor: 6 bedrooms 1 balcony 3 bathrooms 1 fully equipped kitchen with open dining area (12 people), access to the terrace 2nd Floor: 1 beautiful bedroom with table football, workplace and 1 bathroom 1 living area with TV and 2 styling areas Our pool area with solar-heated pool (10x5 m) offers a seating area and sun loungers for a relaxing time and to soak up the sun. The pool is open from May to September (daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) - depending on the weather and outside temperature. In our accommodation you will find everything you need for your daily needs. All you need to bring with you is your personal items, cosmetics and food. Of course there is WiFi throughout the entire house. _______________________ To ensure better coexistence, we ask that you strictly adhere to the rest times (12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Parties or events in our accommodation are not permitted.

Located in a small and quiet residential area, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful nature, is our favorite holiday home "Villa Seekirchen" the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries. The area invites you to romantic walks or to exercise and active holidays with a breathtaking landscape - always in the background this picturesque mountain scenery.
Despite the idyllic location, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Our villa in Kraiham near Seekirchen is only 15 minutes by car from the old town of Salzburg. Fairytale castles, unicorns spouting water, magnificent baroque buildings and small, narrow streets to stroll through. Mozart's birthplace, the Festung Hohen Salzburg, museums, typical Salzburg coffee houses - there is much to discover in the world-famous city of Salzburg.
The Salzburg lake district and hiking area is about 10 minutes away by car and forms a unique recreation area. A generously developed network of cycle paths, easy to challenging hiking opportunities, beautiful bathing beaches and a wide range of highlights await you. More than 200 restaurants provide culinary delights.

Ein herzliches Hallo! Es freut uns, dass ihr unser Profil besucht und mehr über uns wissen wollt. Wir sind eine moderne Familie aus Seekirchen bei Salzburg. - Rene, gebürtig aus Kärnten, Mittvierziger - unser Visionär - Petra, gebürtig aus Salzburg Stadt, Alter wird nicht verraten ;-) - unsere Perfektionistin - 2 süße Mädels, die mittlerweile Flüge geworden sind - 2 kleine Chihuahua-Hunde (ja, vermutlich Kinderersatz, wie unsere Kids ausgezogen sind ;-) Beruflich sind wir sehr eingespannt und viel unterwegs! Was uns gefällt! In unserer Freizeit reisen wir irrsinnig gerne und haben mittlerweile jeden Kontinent mindestens einmal besucht. Jeder Ort hat was besonderes und von überall haben wir viele schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt, auf die wir sehr gerne zurückdenken. Über den ein oder anderen Moment können wir rückblickend immer wieder lachen :-)) Wir haben schon einiges gesehen und wollen noch viel mehr sehen! Wochenenden werden gerne für Städtetrips genutzt oder zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen und Treffen mit Freunden. Im Sommer sind wir gerne am Meer. Vor allem Rene liebt das heiße Klima! Im Winter findet man uns am häufigsten beim Skifahren und ab und an auch mal beim Apres Ski! Gute Freunde sind unbezahlbar und für uns irrsinnig wichtig! Grill- oder Themenabende, tiefgründige Gespräche oder einfach nur Lachen ohne Ende - hier ist alles dabei! So, jetzt haben wir schon eine wenig aus dem Nähkästchen geplaudert, solltet ihr noch Fragen haben - jederzeit gerne!
