Settingsoul. com We welcome you to come have an experience in our handbuilt cottage style tiny house! Sitting on 5acres of land next to the awe inspiring Sangre de Cristo mountains. As you walk in on our hand made "cobblestone" path, you will enter into the cottage. The living space is about 200 sq. feet with an added super tall A-frame loft!! There are steps to a 3 step ladder to get into loft. Hand rails in place to assist but we want to make sure guests are aware of the climb. There's a small kitchen with a two burner stove, toaster oven with air fryer, small fridge and on demand water source. Next to the wood stove you will see a stone tiled "coffee/work" space where you can sit by the window and gaze at the nature around you. A pull out couch provides a place for people to sleep. Next you will find we created a relaxing, nature immersed hot tub area attached to an indoor/outdoor porch. Hot is open and private use for The Birdhouse all year round. As you walk down the trail right outside of the hot tub area you will find the outhouse where there is a shower, compost toilet and a sink. Within the fenced yard area there is a fire pit seating area, BBQ & bean bag toss. Many trails in the back yard to roam around in the nature of this land.
