The flat was beautiful and comfortable, and also stocked with what we needed, and there were extras. Lots of towels as well as a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and covers, enough for more than four people actually. Finally, I would like to thank Mark for hospitality

place was very easy to find, very clean, it felt safe. there was so much to do in the place. honestly a perfect place for a couple to stay over the week. little things I haven't expected but were amazing surprises like all the cleaning supplies, shampoos and washing liquids even board games. the area is close to city centre and the train station. all the electronics worked perfectly. a very comfortable bed, more comfortable than in any airbnb I have been in before. a solid 5 star with a very generous price

Mark's flat was nice. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Great shower and mostly clean. The sheets were very creased and the bedding had a few stains on. Only one large towel and one small left out for a family of 3. The area surrounding Mark's is pretty filthy. It would be nice to see the local community take action and have a clear-up to be honest. Didn't feel massively safe when out walking the dog. The flat itself was fairly quiet, what you would expect on a Friday night with people coming and going and chatting until late. Overall this place is good for a night or two's stay. Not really for families, more for a couple of single person. Lots of stairs to climb to access the flat, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some. Probably wouldn't stay again if in the area, however it would be a good stopover for business purposes or if you are wanting a weekend exploring Birmingham for a couple.
