Cosy, comfortable house near an urban village (Hunts Cross) with shops, restaurants, and a traditional pub. The house is near Hunts Cross train station (12 min walk) with trains to Liverpool city centre, the train journey takes 17 minutes. There is a gated parking area behind the house, with fob or code entry. A retail park, several gyms, swimming pools (including an excellent David Lloyd) are not far away. New listing now ready, 98% complete! Great sitting room with beautiful leather sofas, TV, and coffee tables. Big kitchen/diner with dining table. Downstairs toilet. Short staircase. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Two big bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single bed; one small bedroom with single bed. The big single bed room has a desk/dressing table, could be used as an office, interview room, or for very small meetings. Broadband and Sky TV, good internet 110+ mbs Some things might still be getting completed for February bookings, the price reflects that, it’s almost complete. Window blinds might be 01/03

We have stayed at Peters for a month now and it is our home from home . Nothing is too much. We will be working away from Liverpool for a while but as soon as we are due back Peter will be my first call. A1 service x

The host is very nice and kind. He made sure we had milk and some snacks/sweets ready for us. The house is still being refurnished so some things need to be changed but we had a lovely weekend and had everything we need.
After staying at Peters place last week we booked again straight away for this week and also booked for next week. The accommodation is just like the photos and in a really good area. Private secure parking is a definite bonus and my colleague is very happy with the Sky sports . It is like a home from home whilst working in Liverpool and highly recommended. Peter is a 5 star host in every way .

Hunts Cross village has shops, restaurants, a cafe, and a traditional pub. There is a large shopping centre 0.9 miles (1.5km) away, with many shops, a large Asda supermarket with cafe and good value gas (petrol/diesel).
🚊 There is an excellent train service to Liverpool city centre. Hunts Cross station is just 12 minutes walk away. The journey takes around 17 minutes. There are frequent trains.
The trains usually go through to north Liverpool and Southport and give access to football stadiums Anfield and Goodison Park (Sandhills station), with a 30 minute walk (1.3 miles, 2.1km), or a short taxi ride. The new Everton stadium will be just 0.8 miles (1.3km) from Sandhills station, a 15 minute walk.
🚌 Buses serve most areas and are great value (£2 per journey). Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 1.6 miles away (2.6km) and takes about 30 minutes (walking) or 7 minutes by car.
✈️ There are very regular direct buses (81 and 89), they take 11 mins to the airport.
The Merseytravel App is very useful for planning journeys, Merseyrail and Arriva apps and websites are also helpful.
