Lydia is very responsive and tries to solve things out. However, things could be better if there is someone who will be available in person consistently for help. For instance, when I checked in, the room itself was full of cigarette smell/marijuana smell, there were flies inside the room, and the floor was dirty with dust. I was told that the room is usually cleaned by one of the tenants, whom Lydia was not able to reach out to at the day when I checked in. Eventually, I had to do the cleaning myself. There is no clean bedsheet provided until the third day of my stay. The communication between Lydia and that particular tenant could be better. The cleanliness isn’t great, bathroom and kitchen are dirty most of the times. Safety wise, it’s a nice neighbourhood. However, one of the housemates is not considerate: he usually plays music loudly with his friends outside my room, drink alcohol, and even burnt wood for heat outside my room one day (he was drunk apparently and didn’t stop).

Home has decent space and three bathrooms so I never had to wait for bathroom.

Our stay was very comfortable, our room was on the end and was private from the rest of the home, which made it very nice, quiet. The resident Danielle was amazing, always made sure to answer any questions, also would make sure if we needed anything, super nice. She made us dinner one night!!! We loved Gizmo!!! Danielle went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
