The unit has a stunning ocean view to the west and a gorgeous mountain view to the east. NEWLY built condo in Jan 2024. Breathtaking ocean view. Unit #1 Ocean View Suite is located on a hilltop gated complex called Calabash Condos Marisule Ridge. The property is just a short 1-minute walk to a bus stop, 4-minute walk to a supermarket and a 5-minute walk to a small quiet beach. A short 6-minute drive is Rodney Bay where there are plenty of restaurants, 2 malls, medical clinics, fitness centers, churches, banks, night clubs, a casino, and more supermarkets just to name a few. Reduit Beach is in the Rodney Bay area. This is a beautiful, popular, 3-kilometre, white sand beach. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoy beach restaurants, bars, and watersports. The property has a secured automated electronic entry, perimeter walls and in-home security system. There is a communal plunge pool (14’ x 14’) with a 5-foot-deep end with deck chairs and a shared gazebo on the property. There is also one parking spot. The condominium complex is strategically located and very accessible to the main road behind the building so you should be expected to hear some traffic. Unit 1 is located on the upper floor and the size is 440 square feet with a balcony and a patio set. The condo is bright and breezy. Condo is an end unit and includes an additional window in the living room for extra natural light and an enjoyable cross breeze. This unit has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 bathroom with a glass enclosure and rainfall shower. There are 2 air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room areas. The living room has a small L-shaped couch, coffee table and 43” smart TV, cable and a ceiling fan. Free WIFI is also available. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is bright and modern with white cabinets, quartz countertop and the floor are porcelain tiles. The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer combination unit for your convenience. Ocean View Suite is cozy and ideal for up to 2 people. The age of the guests must be over 21 years of age. No children are allowed.

This was a great stay for 2 people! The apartment is located in a great area with lots to do and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment was clean and appeared just like the photos. Wilbertha was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. I definitely plan to return soon.

The lodging host was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of St. Lucia’s tourism. The location conveniently allowed for easy access to beautiful landmarks. The lodging was extremely clean and neat. I’d give two thumbs up for the host. She was very kind and helpful
Wilbertha was such a wonderful host. We had a great stay at Calabash Condos. It is located in a private gated area so we felt very safe, there is a nice pool with no restrictions/set times. It was about a 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay where there are a lot of restaurants and things to do. It was about a 15 minute drive to Reduit Beach. The apartment was small, straight to the point, very clean, and modern just as described. We were able to wash our clothes as well as dry them with their machine. Wilbertha was so nice and welcoming, I had mentioned to her that I would have loved a full body mirror in the apt so that I could look at my outfits before leaving for the day, and guess what?! The very next day she had a full body mirror installed for me. She was so prompt and accommodating, always ready to help when she can. This place was such a highlight to our trip and we will be back!
Lovely, sleek & cozy Airbnb with an oceanside view — but our host Wilbertha was the main reason why our trip to St. Lucia went so wonderfully. Wilbertha is an incredible host who is consistently responsive and insightful about St. Lucia, whether you’re lost on how to plan your itinerary or needing to straighten out travel logistics. Super well-connected, charismatic, and engaged :) Particularly for us, who are coming to St. Lucia for the first time, she was so much help! As for the Airbnb itself, it was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities and more. Perfect for a short stay on the island. The location is also safe (gated community) and situated conveniently for easy access to the beach. Overall, we could not recommend Wilbertha and her Airbnbs more. 100/10.
