beautiful place
Lovely hosts, great apartment but the area is woeful. One of the worst locations I've seen in a long time
Our family had a great stay! The views are amazing and the bedrooms are very cozy. There’s a ton of restaurants and shops within a short walk. The pool was nice to have but a bit chilly. It was quite loud all Sat night into the early morning, but every other night was fine. The hosts were very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I would stay here again.
Lee and Bella's apartment is located in a modern residential building in the heart of the Fortitude Valley. It is also a short distance to the various restaurants and shops in New Farm making it an ideal location for a short visit to Brisbane. Parking is located in the building in level 4 making access secure and easy. It can be noisy on weekend given the close profile of the Valley's nightclubs. The windows are double glazed which helps to keep the noise at bay. Overall, we didn't find the noise overbearing and it didn't diminish our stay. The apartment is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The knives and forks could do with a bit of an update but in the scheme of things was a minor concern. The rooftop pool is a good size and had great views of Brisbane. We would stay again.

Your local neighbourhood is a vibrant, electric and outgoing place for everyone with a love of contemporary urban life. It is where elegance and style meet grungy and offbeat, and heritage-listed properties proudly stand among contemporary buildings.
Fortitude Valley lies right next to the city centre and is one of Brisbane’s main entertainment hubs. The area is also home to one of the largest shopping precincts in Australia. You will never be far from the action, as lots of Brisbane’s annual events are held here, including the International Jazz Festival, the Big Gay Day and the three-day Valley Fiesta.
The Valley, as it is affectionately known, was Australia’s first dedicated entertainment district and continues to be a hive of activity. Live music thrives and international DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. By day, excellent restaurants vie for attention amongst organic beauty outlets and cool cafes. By night, a rock scene comes alive and the streets swell with the youth and the youthful of the local music scene. Staples of the Valley include Fatboys/Riks cafe and the Empire Hotel.
The impressive Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The Emporium complex channels a European village feel, James St showcases Australian fashion labels, and Brunswick St is home to multicultural dining options.
As the area is so centrally located, you will have easy access to all modes of public transport.

I started hosting in April of 2018 and have been very fortunate to do this as a full time job. How lucky to be able to do something I LOVE for work!
