Karuna El Nido Villas is located in Brgy Corong Corong, just a mere 10 minutes away by tricycle to El nido Town. Corong corong beach is just a 5minute walk from the property. The area has a wet market, grocery stores, and even a clinic.
Pops District, an area full of restaurants and bars, as well, as Bella Vita, one of the most famous beachside Italian restaurants in El Nido, is of a short walking distance from Karuna.
Vanilla Beach also known as Maremegmeg Beach, is 10mins away by tricycle. Boat tours for island hopping starts and ends at El nido Port, also 10minutes ride from Karuna. Lio beach, another decent beach for swimming where there are also restaurants nearby is 25minutes away.
Nacpan beach, a long, white sand beach very good for swimming is a little further at 45mins by car/motorbike. For people who wants to surf, Duli beach, an hour from town, is recommended.

To get around in El Nido you have various options.
1. Most guests ride with the tricycle (50-150php). We offer complimentary shuttle Karuna- El nido Town - Karuna.
2. For trips a bit further like Nacpan beach you might want to rent a van.
3. We at Karuna offer you our own van rental, ask at Front Desk
4. We also have scooters for rent on a daily basis.
5. Complimentary parking is available for guests.
If taking a van from Puerto Princesa airport, ask the driver to let you off by the El Nido Highschool. The entrance to Karuna is just beside the school, we have a signage so it is hard to miss. If taking a tricycle or van from the El Nido airport ,please instruct the van or tricycle driver to go to Corong Corong, and take the Overlooking Resort Road, you will need to go up the road and immediately take a straight right unto Karuna's dirt road, go all the way up to the cement road and you'll end in Karuna's front office.
