SHEETS and TOWELS All Sheets and towels are newly changed, clean and fresh each time new guests come in. CLEANING LADY and HER FEE: For Guests who wish to have their rooms cleaned WHILE you are checked in, the on-call cleaning lady charges Php 250 for this task (Subject to Cleaners Availability) Please let us know a day in advance. An additional Php 50 fee if you want your towels changed During your stay An additional Php 100 fee if you want your sheets changed During your stay Guests are encouraged to leave the room while the cleaning lady does her job. This is to limit contact between the guests and the cleaner. *** 1 Free Cleaning and change of towels and sheets for guests staying for 5 nights SECURITY: The room is in a gated property inside a private and gated subdivision. Rest assured that the property is very safe. However, we still would like to recommend that guests lock their room every time they leave the premises. We shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to personal belongings WIFI and ELECTRICITY: We have provided guests with fast and reliable internet services through PLDT. Should there be a short power outage, emergency lights are located in key areas of the property as well as in the unit. Please bring back-up WIFI for guests who WFH. COOKING: Cooking is not allowed since we highly encourage all our guests to use this trip as an opportunity to try out all the various restaurants in Baguio City as well as the local cuisines. We will be providing a welcome guide with a list of recommended places to go to. GRAB delivery also provides delivery to our area. A microwave has been provided should you need to re-heat your ordered or take-away meals.
