This was the perfect place for us. Relatives 300 meters south and the Village / Train station 200 meters north. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops , Railway Hotel, IGA / Woolies, Sun Theatre in the Yarraville village. Only 5 train stops into the Melbourne CBD. The area is quiet and we felt very safe walking around at night.

Ben's place is just fantastic. Firstly the location is quiet and peaceful as well is being 200 meters walk from a local heritage cafe/restaurant precinct. Literally more than 10 restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Throw in cafes, bookshops, knickknack stores, two supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers and a cinema. The apartment was very quiet and private and came with a lot of unexpected amenities such as herbs and spices to cook with, a full range of cutlery, plates, cookware and so on. Umbrellas were an added bonus on the day it rained. The place has pretty much everything you would need. Lastly, the communication with the hosts was great. Always answered within minutes. Great place to stay and I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a few steps from coffee, bakeries and restaurants. Loved the effective air con on very hot days and the small balcony for relaxing on. Soooo close to amenities and the train station!
